A：In Moodle, the assignment and file picker have built-in features for intellectual property declaration.
1. Assignment：
Teachers can set "Require that students accept the submission statement" in the assignment settings under Submission settings.
Students must agree to the intellectual property statement before submitting assignments, as shown in the following image:
2. File：
In the file upload section, click on the "Add a file" button in the top left corner.
In the "Upload a file" section of the file picker, you can enter the author of the file to be uploaded and choose the licensing option for this file, as shown in the image below:
