"Shared Resources" enables the reuse of carefully designed teaching materials, allowing teachers to easily share materials directly from the platform anytime, anywhere, without the need to upload redundant files from personal computers or re-enter data.
In order to enhance students' learning outcomes, teachers often put a lot of effort into designing various suitable teaching materials during the teaching process. But how can we make the most of these good teaching materials?
To address this, our company recently designed the "Shared Resources" feature for our clients. "Shared Resources" allows carefully designed teaching materials to be reused. Teachers can easily share these materials directly from the platform anytime, anywhere, without the need to repeatedly upload files from their personal computers or re-enter data. In actual teaching scenarios, this feature allows for the flexible adaptation of teaching materials based on students' abilities or as supplementary materials, saving time spent on writing materials repeatedly.
For example, if a teacher is simultaneously teaching three related courses, and some materials can be used interchangeably or are related, they can use this feature to share materials across the other courses they teach as supplementary materials.
Of course, if there are many shared materials, we also provide folder organization options. Additionally, if a teacher wants to publicly share teaching materials online, such as information security or legal advocacy content, they can share them on the platform's homepage for anyone on the internet to browse and download.
