學習時數管理
When companies or schools require learners to complete a certain number of course hours annually, manual calculation by learners can be time-consuming and cumbersome. Learning hour management can solve this problem.

Learning Hour Management
The system administrator can set the standard learning hours for each year, and learners must complete the courses accordingly.
Students can check their accumulated learning hours for each category of courses on their personal homepage, categorized as "to be completed," "completed," and "incomplete," making the hour statistics clear at a glance.

In addition to viewing annual hour statistics, administrators can also check each student's completion status and relevant information for each course they have taken.

Learning Hour Setting
System administrators can establish annual learning hour standards.
For businesses, this can be planned based on the required annual educational training hours specified by the company.
For schools, it can be set according to the various credit requirements for graduation.
Course categories can be divided into "mandatory courses," "professional courses," "general education courses," or other categories, depending on the needs of the organization or school. Then, the required learning hours for each category can be set annually.

Course Completion
Teachers can establish completion standards within the course, including activity requirements, attendance criteria, grading standards, etc. Students must meet these course completion standards to earn learning hours for the course.
- Activity Standards: Instructors can set the required activities within the course and specify the completion criteria for each activity.
- Attendance Standards: Instructors can define whether attendance is required for participation or both attendance and signing out are necessary to meet the completion criteria.
- Grading Standards: Instructors can set the passing score for the overall course grade.
